現任建邦基金首席財務官、風控委員。杜飛先生，中國注冊會計師，證劵期貨師資格，曾就職中國建設銀行崇禮縣支行信貸經理，河北立信會計師事務所副總經理，河北冀祥會計師事務所副主任會計師，杜飛先生曾擔任國資委下屬國有企業監事會審計組主管，審計包括河北冀衡集團在內等大型國有企業資產財務、經營績效情況，并長期擔任上市公司年報審計工作。
杜飛先生在財務控制方向，資產管理、績效考核等方面業績突出，近年在私募股權基金財務盡職調查，財務風險分析方面亦有突出表現。
